Reclaiming Rest is a one-day immersive wellbeing workshop curated for Black women. It blends evidence-based practice, creative expression, and community connection to create a restorative, culturally affirming space. Designed to address systemic gaps in culturally responsive wellbeing provision. The workshops will also inform future wellness retreats.

Move with Mo is a guided wellbeing walk designed to help you slow down, decompress, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. Each walk offers an immersive day in nature, blending gentle hiking, mindfulness, and reflective practice to restore balance and perspective. Rooted in psychological wellbeing principles and a love of the outdoors, Move with Mo invites you to explore stillness in motion discovering how mindful movement can nurture both body and mind.

Mindfulness & Movement is a collaborative offering led by a registered psychologist and osteopath, blending gentle physical activity with grounding mindfulness practices to support both psychological and physical wellbeing. Each session integrates breathwork, embodied awareness, and low-impact movement to ease tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance.
